Best Endgame Loop for Season 6
The best endgame loop for Season 6 features efficient content with the highest possible Gear and Materials you can get in a single loop. The endgame loop is as follows:
- Obtain Seething Opals
- Focus on Whisper Events in Helltide
- Do Nightmare Dungeon Runs for Distilled Fear
- Defeat Ladder and Uber Bosses
- Run Infernal Horde for Obducite
- Push for Higher Tier Pit Runs
- Repeat
Obtain Seething Opals
The first step for endgame would be obtaining Seething Opals in the Seething Realm as this gives you more Zakarum Reputation and a 15% increase to experience gain for 30 minutes which makes your runs all the more efficient. Use this just before you start taking on enemies to make the most use of its duration.
Make sure to pick the Seething Opal that gives you the Materials, Gear, or Gold you need to max out your character for The Pit.
All Seething Opals and How to Get
Focus on Whispers in Helltide Events
Start doing Whispers that can be found in Helltide events as these will provide a good amount of Boss Summoning Materials such as Exquisite Blood from the Blood Maiden, Living Steel from Helltide chests, and Malignant Heart from Whispers you complete.
Additionally, the Whisper Caches you open after collecting 10 Grim Favors will also contain Infernal Compasses and Nightmare Sigils that is also important for the endgame loop.
Best Whispers to Complete
Do Nightmare Dungeon Runs for Distilled Fear
Use a Nightmare Sigil, pop your Seething Opal again once it has expired, then head over to the Nightmare Dungeon you opened to start farming Distilled Fear for summoning The Beast in the Ice. You can also get some Obducite along the way that you will need for Masterworking later.
If you run out of Nightmare Sigils, you can either craft them using Sigil Powder at the Occultist or go back to the previous step and open Whisper Caches for a chance to restock your sigils.

Lord Zir | Varshan | Grigoire |
The Beast in the Ice | Duriel | Andariel |
Once you have all the Boss Summoning Materials you need, take on any of the bosses above to target farm the Unique gear you are looking for to complete your build.
We recommend doing at least 2 runs for Ladder Bosses so you have enough materials for summoning Duriel with Mucus-Slick Egg and Shard of Agony, and Andariel with Sandscorched Shackles and Pincushioned Dolls.
Uber Boss Loot Tables (Season 6)
Run Infernal Horde for Obducite
After you start getting the equipment needed for your build, start Masterworking them at the Blacksmith by farming materials from the Infernal Horde as it can drop large amounts of Obducite, Iron Chunks, and Rawhide.
If ever you run out of Infernal Compasses, you can always head back to step 2 and keep opening Whisper Caches to help farm for them and continue doing Infernal Horde runs.
How to Get Obducite
Push for Higher Tier Pit Runs
Once you have upgraded your equipment, start pushing for higher Tier Pit runs to unlock Torment IV difficulty and upgrade your Glyphs.
If you still have missing equipment for your build, you can target farm Bosses first before taking on The Pit as this is a time-based dungeon that requires you clear it fast in order to level up your Glyphs.

How to Reach Endgame
Level Up to 60 and Clear The Pit Tier 20
In order to reach the endgame of Diablo 4, you first have to level up to 60 and start doing Pit runs up to Tier 20. Once you clear Tier 20, the first Torment difficulty will unlock and you can immediately switch to it.
Keep in mind that enemies have more health and your armor and resistances are be reduced here so try to get the necessary items for your build first before doing higher difficulties.
